1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by RewardPay Pty Ltd (ABN 92 166 007 227) of 13/60 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 (“RewardPay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Enquiries about the Promotion can be directed to support@rewardpay.com.au.
2.1 The Promotion commences at 12:00am on 27 July and closes at 11:59pm on 30 September (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 RewardPay reserves the right to vary, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion, or extend or shorten the Promotion Period, at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
3.1 The Promotion is open to new RewardPay accounts that are created and activated via the dedicated Luxury Escapes sign-up link during the Promotion Period via a dedicated Luxury Escapes referral link that directs customers to RewardPay’s sign-up page (“Eligible Account”). Sign-up, account activation, verification, and administration of the Promotion are conducted entirely by RewardPay under its standard terms and conditions. Any Luxury Escapes marketing materials referring to the Promotion are provided for information only and do not form part of these terms.
3.2 An Eligible Account must not have been previously registered, reactivated, or held — in whole or in part, under the same individual, business, or ABN — with RewardPay prior to the Promotion Period.
3.3 Only one award of Points under this Promotion is permitted per business entity, or ABN, regardless of the number of RewardPay accounts held.
3.4 Employees (and their immediate family members) of RewardPay, Luxury Escapes, Société, and their related bodies corporate, are not eligible to participate.
3.5 RewardPay reserves the right to verify eligibility and to request supporting documentation (for example, proof of identity, business registration, or transaction records) at any time.
4.1 To qualify for the Promotion, customers must successfully link their Société account to their RewardPay account before Points can be awarded under clause 6, and in any event within the Promotion Period.
4.2 Neither RewardPay nor Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (as the operator of Société) is responsible for any failure, delay, or error in the account-linking process caused by the systems of the other party or any other third party. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd is not a party to these terms and does not owe any obligations to customers under this Promotion, except in its capacity as operator of the Société program under the Société program terms. .
5.1 To qualify for the award of 30,000 Société points (“Points”), the holder of an Eligible Account must process one or more transactions through their RewardPay account with an aggregate value of at least $5,000 AUD (GST exclusive) (“Qualifying Spend”) within 30 days of the date the Eligible Account is activated (“Qualifying Period”).
5.2 “Transaction” means the gross value of payments successfully processed through the RewardPay platform, less any amounts subsequently refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, and excluding RewardPay fees and surcharges.
5.3 If the aggregate value of the Qualifying Spend is subsequently reduced below $5,000 AUD because of a refund, reversal, dispute, or chargeback — whether before or after Points are awarded — RewardPay reserves the right to withhold or reverse the Points.
6.1 Points will be awarded once only per Eligible Account, calculated on the first Qualifying Spend achieved within the Qualifying Period.
6.2 Points will be credited to the customer’s linked Société account within 5 business days after the end of the calendar month in which the Qualifying Spend was completed.
6.3 The Points are supplied by Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 16 150 650 927) to RewardPay under a separate commercial arrangement between them. Once credited to the customer’s linked Société account, the Points are governed by the Société program terms and conditions (https://luxuryescapes.com/au/societe-terms-and-conditions), including as to point value, expiry, and redemption. Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd is not the promoter of this Promotion and is not otherwise a party to these terms. .
6.4 If the Eligible Account is closed, suspended, or in default under RewardPay’s standard terms and conditions at any time before Points are awarded, the customer forfeits entitlement to the Points.
7.1 RewardPay may investigate suspected fraudulent, artificial, or manipulated activity intended to qualify for the Promotion, and may disqualify a customer, or withhold or reverse Points, where it reasonably suspects such conduct or any breach of these terms or RewardPay’s standard terms and conditions.
8.1 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other RewardPay new-account or sign-up promotion unless expressly stated otherwise by RewardPay in writing.
9.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with RewardPay’s Privacy Policy (www.rewardpay.com.au/privacy-policy). By participating, customers consent to RewardPay disclosing necessary account and transaction information Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (as the operator of the Société program) the minimum personal information necessary to credit the Points to the customer’s linked Société account, including the customer’s Société account identifier and confirmation that the eligibility criteria under these terms have been met. Personal information disclosed to Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd will thereafter be handled in accordance with the Luxury Escapes Privacy Policy (https://luxuryescapes.com/au/privacy-policy)..
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardPay, excludes all liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10.2 Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd is not the promoter of this Promotion, is not a party to these terms, and (except in its capacity as operator of the Société program under the Société program terms) owes no obligations to, and accepts no liability to, any customer in connection with the Promotion.
11.1 Customers are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations arising from their receipt of Points. Nothing in these terms constitutes tax advice, and customers should seek their own independent advice.
12.1 RewardPay’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, including eligibility and the calculation of Qualifying Spend, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into except as required by law.
12.2 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
12.3 RewardPay’s standard Terms and Conditions (www.rewardpay.com.au/terms) apply in addition to these Promotion terms. To the extent of any inconsistency, these Promotion terms prevail in respect of the Promotion only.
