RewardPay customers can choose to earn ALL Accor Reward points on every business payment with RewardPay. To do this, the RewardPay customer must be a member of the ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of the ALL Accor Loyalty programme, the customer must hold a valid ALL Accor membership card. RewardPay customers will be asked if they would like to earn ALL Accor Reward Points when making a payment through the RewardPay Portal and by paying a RewardPay service fee. The amount used as the basis for the calculation of the number of Reward Points earned by a member is the total payment amount the member has selected, exclusive of tax and not including RewardPay service fees. ALL Accor Reward Points earned by a RewardPay member will be transferred into that member’s personal and nominative account in the ALL Accor programme. Reward points are added to member’s ALL Accor Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules. - Points are converted as follows:
Choose to earn 1 Reward Point per $1 spent or 1 Reward Point per $2 spent. A RewardPay service fee applies. The points conversion described above is completed by the member via the RewardPay Portal. Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor account status. 2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. - This RewardPay 30% Bonus Points Campaign – Earn 30% Bonus ALL Accor Reward points (“Promotion”) is jointly organised by RewardPay Pty Limited (RewardPay AU) and RewardPay (NZ) LTD (RewardPay NZ) (together “RewardPay”) and AAPC Limited (“Accor”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
- RewardPay customers will be asked if they would like to earn ALL Reward Points when making a payment through the RewardPay Portal and by paying a RewardPay service fee. The amount used as the basis for the calculation of the number of Rewards Points earned by a Member of ALL is the total amount of ALL Reward Points the member has selected to earn exclusive of tax and not including RewardPay service fees.
- Points can be earned as follows: 1 Reward point per $1 spend, or 1 Reward point per $2 spend. A Reward Payment fee applies.
- RewardPay customers who choose to earn ALL Reward points on top of their business payments between 12:01am (AEST) on 4 August 2026 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 4 September 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) will receive 30% bonus ALL Accor Reward points (“Bonus ALL Accor Reward points”).
- RewardPay customers are eligible to receive Bonus ALL Accor Reward points on each single payment that they opt in to earn ALL Accor Reward Points for during the Promotion Period.
- Bonus ALL Accor Reward points are calculated by multiplying the number of ALL Accor Reward points credited to a customer’s ALL account by 30%. For example, a customer who chooses to earn 1 Reward point per $2 spend with a $2,000 bill payment during the Promotion Period would receive 1,000 ALL Accor Reward points in their ALL account at the standard rate, plus an additional 300 Bonus ALL Accor Reward points.
- Members will receive their ALL Accor Reward points in two transactions: first transaction for regular ALL Accor Reward points earned and second transaction for the Bonus ALL Accor Reward points.
- Bonus ALL Accor Reward points earned as part of the Promotion will be credited to an eligible ALL account within one week of an eligible payment being made.
- Once the transfer is initiated, it cannot be reversed.
