Pay-by-Bank lets you fund payments directly from your Australian bank account via bank transfer (BSB + account number) or PayID. Pre-paid and debit cards are not accepted. All card details are securely encrypted and stored in your RewardPay wallet. |

For example, some businesses use Amex for most payments to earn Membership Rewards points, and Pay-by-Bank for larger payments where they want to avoid card limits or access lower fees. Each payment method supports opting in to earn loyalty partner points at checkout.
Yes, for Amex payments. RewardPay offers three subscription tiers. The Free tier has no monthly platform fee. The Silver tier ($79/month) and Gold tier ($159/month) offer progressively lower Amex transaction rates, making them well suited to higher volume businesses.
