To get started, link your Velocity account in your RewardPay portal. Once linked, you can opt-in to earn Velocity Points at checkout by selecting your preferred earn tier. An additional fee applies per tier, which is shown before you confirm. Credits can be redeemed in your Velocity account.

Velocity Points earned via RewardPay are allocated to your linked Velocity Frequent Flyer account 5 business days following completion of your payment. If you have not received your credits after this timeframe, feel free to contact support@rewardpay.com.au with your payment reference number.

RewardPay supports payments to most Australian business with an active ABN – including suppliers, the ATO, superannuation clearing houses, rent, contractors, marketing, utilities, equipment and accounting. Payroll payments are also supported using Visa, Mastercard or Pay-by-Bank. Some restrictions apply – see the RewardPay Terms and Conditions for full details.

The RewardPay platform is subject to the RewardPay Terms and Conditions. A business must be a Virgin Australia Business Flyer Member to earn Velocity Points for their business. Membership and Velocity Points are subject to Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions and Velocity Frequent Flyer Terms & Conditions.

RewardPay customers who have linked their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to their RewardPay account can earn Velocity Points for their business on eligible payments, including supplier, contractor, rent, superannuation and eligible government payments, including payments to the Australian Taxation Office and State Revenue Offices. Points are earned only on the eligible spend component of these payments, where the total amount payable (including the applicable RewardPay processing fee) has been paid in full. Eligible spend excludes any RewardPay processing fee, GST, value added tax, sales tax or similar taxes, card surcharge, merchant service fee, payment processing fee or similar fee or charge, or any amount that is refunded, reversed, charged back, credited, dishonoured or otherwise reimbursed.

When making an eligible payment, customers can select from the available processing fee and Velocity Points earn rate options depending on the method of payment.

For eligible payments made by American Express, Visa or Mastercard credit card, Velocity Points will be earned at the following rates:

For eligible payments made by bank payment, Velocity Points will be earned at the following rates:

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account which is linked to the relevant RewardPay account at the time of the applicable earn activity. Velocity Points will be credited to the Member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account within one week of an eligible payment being processed. Businesses must ensure the ABN registered with Virgin Australia Business Flyer is saved in the RewardPay customer profile in order to earn Velocity Points.

The RewardPay payment platform is provided by RewardPay (ABN 92 166 007 227). RewardPay customers may de-link or manage their linked Virgin Australia Business Flyer account at any time through the RewardPay portal. This offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time without notice.
