Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who, at the time of the qualifying payment, are an authorised user of an active RewardPay business account and personally make that qualifying payment. The entrant is the individual authorised user who makes the qualifying payment, not the account-holding entity. Employees, officers, directors and contractors of the Promoter and of Luxury Escapes, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
To enter, eligible entrants must:
a. be an authorised user of an active RewardPay business account during the Promotion Period; and
b. make an eligible business payment of A$500 or more through the RewardPay platform during the Promotion Period.
Entrants receive one (1) entry for each eligible business payment of A$500 or more made through RewardPay during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying payment is assessed individually: payments of less than A$500 do not qualify, and separate payments cannot be combined to reach the A$500 threshold.
There is no maximum number of entries per entrant; each separate qualifying payment earns one (1) entry.
Incomplete, cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged-back business payments will not qualify for entry, and any entries associated with such payments will be void.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify transactions and entries and disqualify any entrant where an entry is found to be invalid or obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
a. Luxury Escapes Maldives package
One (1) five-night stay for two (2) adults in an Overwater Sunset Pool Villa at Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort, Kooddoo Island, Gaafu Alifu Atoll 20219, Maldives, including return direct flights for two (2) adults exclusive to Melbourne, booked through Luxury Escapes.
The current Luxury Escapes package includes, subject to the applicable package terms and availability:
All inclusions are for two adults. The resort is adults-only and guests under 18 are not permitted.
All inclusions are as set out in the Luxury Escapes package fine print current at the time of booking and are subject to it. In particular: meals are provided only at the stated venues during the resort’s stated service times, and Vista is closed on Mondays and Fridays; free-flow drinks are limited to a select menu and surcharges apply to premium-label drinks and freshly squeezed juices; prior reservations are required for dinner, spa treatments, activities and excursions, all of which are subject to availability and weather; the arrival airport lounge service is available at Malé only and is shared with guests of other resorts; and laundry, diving insurance and premium services are not included.
The total stated value of the prize is up to A$12,597 (the Luxury Escapes package, which includes return direct flights exclusive to Melbourne).
The Luxury Escapes package’s stated value and availability may vary according to travel dates, availability and package selection.
3.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.4 The prize is awarded to, and may only be accepted by, the individual entrant who made the qualifying payment that resulted in the winning entry. The prize cannot be claimed by, or transferred or assigned to, the account-holding entity or any other person.
3.5 Any airline or airport charges that are not part of the included fare are the responsibility of the winner, including additional baggage, seat selection and in-flight purchases.
If the Luxury Escapes package described in clause 3.1(a) becomes unavailable or is materially changed, the Promoter may, in consultation with Luxury Escapes, substitute a package of equal or greater value, subject to clause 9.4.
3.6 The draw and any unclaimed prize draw are conducted solely by the Promoter.
3.7 Any additional costs associated with the holiday that are not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner, including spending money, travel insurance, additional meals or drinks, excursions, spa treatments, premium services, upgrades and other incidental expenses.
3.8 The prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative holiday, cash or credit, except where expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
3.9 The winner is responsible for all taxes, duties, levies and charges arising in connection with winning, accepting or using the prize. Entries arise from payments made in the course of carrying on a business, and the prize may have tax consequences for the entrant, the winner, the account holder and any travelling companion, including in relation to income tax and fringe benefits tax. Neither the Promoter nor Luxury Escapes makes any representation or warranty as to the tax treatment of the prize.
4.1 The Luxury Escapes package is currently valid for travel until 22 December 2027, with bookings required to be made before 22 November 2027.
4.2 The winner must make the required booking within the applicable booking validity period.
4.3 All accommodation and flights are subject to availability at the time of booking.
4.4 The prize is subject to any blackout dates, booking restrictions, fare conditions, surcharges and other conditions imposed by Luxury Escapes, the resort or the airlines.
4.5 Blackout Dates: the prize is not available for travel during the period 24 December 2026 to 5 January 2027 (inclusive). Additional availability restrictions may apply; the winner should refer to the booking calendar on the Luxury Escapes deal page, or contact Luxury Escapes, for full availability. A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply to selected dates as identified in the booking calendar. Any such surcharge is payable by the winner at the time of booking and is not covered by the prize.
4.6 The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and any other documentation required to travel to the Maldives.
4.7 The Maldives Green Tax of US$12 per person, per day currently applies and is payable directly to the resort. Any such applicable tax is the responsibility of the winner.
4.8 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Luxury Escapes and the relevant airlines and other suppliers.
4.9 The winner is responsible for making the booking directly with Luxury Escapes using the booking process notified by the Promoter. Neither the Promoter nor Luxury Escapes will make the booking on the winner’s behalf.
4.10 To make the booking, the winner must create and maintain a valid Luxury Escapes account in the winner’s own name (or use an existing valid account) and must provide any information Luxury Escapes reasonably requires to complete and confirm the booking. Creating and using that account is subject to the Luxury Escapes website terms of use and privacy policy, and any cost of doing so is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not create or maintain a valid account, or does not provide the information required, the winner may be unable to make the booking by the date required under clause 4.1, in which case the prize is forfeited.
4.11 The winner’s travelling companion must be aged 18 years or over. The resort is adults-only and guests under 18 are not permitted to travel on the prize.
4.12 If the winner has not made the booking before 22 November 2027, the prize is forfeited in full and no cash, credit, alternative prize or compensation will be provided.
4.13 Before a booking is confirmed, the winner and their travelling companion must each accept the Luxury Escapes booking terms and conditions and sign any release, waiver or acknowledgment reasonably required by the Promoter or Luxury Escapes.
4.14 The winner may not cancel the prize booking in exchange for a refund, travel credit or any other benefit. Any refund, credit or other value that would otherwise arise on cancellation of the prize booking, including under any change-of-mind or flexible cancellation policy offered by Luxury Escapes, does not accrue to the winner and is not payable to the winner in cash or any other form. Any date change is permitted only in accordance with the Luxury Escapes booking terms, must still fall within the travel validity period in clause 4.1, and any surcharge arising from a date change is the responsibility of the winner.
4.15 The winner must ensure that any direct flights booked allow connection with the domestic transfer flights between Malé and Kooddoo within the operating times notified by the resort or Luxury Escapes, and must provide direct flight details to the resort by the time it requires. Any additional accommodation, transfer or other cost arising because direct flights do not connect with the domestic transfer flights is the responsibility of the winner.
4.16 The prize includes return direct flights exclusive to Melbourne. The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for arranging and paying for any travel between their home and Melbourne, and any associated costs.
4.17 In addition to the accommodation blackout dates in clause 4.5, the flights are not available for travel during the periods 30 March to 26 April 2027 and 28 June to 19 July 2027. Additional blackout dates may apply.
4.18 The prize must be redeemed for travel on dates on which seats are available. All flights and travel dates are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
4.19 The winner and their travelling companion must each hold a valid passport.
4.20 Travel insurance is recommended and, if taken out, is at the winner’s own cost.
4.21 The winner should refer to https://www.smartraveller.gov.au/destinations/asia/maldives for up-to-date travel information for the Maldives.
4.22 To redeem the prize, the winner must email prizes@luxuryescapes.com as soon as possible after being notified as the winner, and then follow the redemption process advised by Luxury Escapes.
4.23 The prize is subject to any applicable government and regulatory approvals.
5.1 The winner will be determined by random electronic draw.
5.2 The draw will be conducted at 10:00 AM AEDT on 8 December 2026 at the Promoter’s business premises, 1 Sussex Street, Barangaroo NSW 2000.
5.3 One (1) valid winning entry will be drawn.
5.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to any applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
5.5 The winner will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) business days of the draw.
5.6 The winner may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
5.7 The winner will not be publicly named. The winner will be notified directly in accordance with clause 5.5.
6.1 If the winner cannot be contacted, cannot be verified, is found to be ineligible or does not claim the prize within three (3) months of the original draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted.
6.2 The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10:00 AM AEDT on 8 March 2027 at the Promoter’s business premises, 1 Sussex Street, Barangaroo NSW 2000, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
6.3 The first valid eligible entry drawn will be determined as the winner.
6.4 The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) business days.
6.5 If the prize remains unclaimed, or no valid winner can be determined or contacted following the draw and any unclaimed prize draw, the Promoter will publish that outcome on the RewardPay website at www.rewardpay.com.au, as required under the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW). The winner of any unclaimed prize draw will not be publicly named and will be notified directly.
7. Privacy
7.1 By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, conducting the draw, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.
7.2 The Promoter may share relevant personal information with Luxury Escapes and other prize suppliers where reasonably required to arrange and administer the prize. Luxury Escapes will handle any personal information it receives in accordance with the Luxury Escapes Privacy Policy available at https://luxuryescapes.com/au/privacy-policy.
7.3 All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.rewardpay.com.au/privacy-policy.
8.1 The Promoter, Luxury Escapes and their respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees, agents and prize suppliers reserve the right, acting reasonably, to disqualify an entrant where they reasonably believe the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, manipulated the promotion or attempted to obtain an unfair advantage.
8.2 The Promoter, Luxury Escapes and their respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees, agents and prize suppliers reserve the right, acting reasonably, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
8.3 The Promoter, Luxury Escapes and their respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees, agents and prize suppliers are not responsible for technical failures, telecommunications failures, internet interruptions or other events outside their reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received or processed.
8.4 The Promoter, Luxury Escapes and their respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees, agents and prize suppliers accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
8.6 This promotion is conducted and administered solely by the Promoter. Luxury Escapes is a promotional partner and prize supplier only, is not the promoter of this promotion, and is not responsible for the conduct or administration of the promotion. All queries about the promotion must be directed to the Promoter.
9.1 This promotion is a trade promotion for the purposes of the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW). As the total prize value exceeds A$10,000 and the promotion is open to NSW residents, the Promoter holds a NSW trade promotion gaming authority.
9.2 NSW Trade Promotion Gaming Authority number: TP/05331. This authority number is displayed on all advertising material for the promotion.
9.3 The Promoter will notify NSW Fair Trading of this promotion and provide a copy of the gaming rules at least 10 working days before the promotion commences. The promotion will not commence until this notification has been given.
9.4 The Promoter will report any substantial change to the gaming rules, prize, prize value or draw arrangements to NSW Fair Trading as required under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW).
