RewardPay Expands SME Rewards with New Payment Portal and Plans

The updated platform and tiered subscriptions allow businesses to divide the rewards generated from a single expense across several different loyalty ecosystems.

RewardPay has launched a new customer portal and subscription model for Australian businesses.

The updated platform allows SMEs to earn rewards from multiple loyalty programmes on a single transaction when paying rent, tax, supplier invoices and other business expenses.

The development moves business payment rewards beyond single-programme structures.

It addresses a gap where card issuers often reduce or exclude rewards for high-value business expenses such as tax, rent and utilities.

Through the new portal, businesses can select multiple RewardPay loyalty partners and earn points across those programmes on the same transaction.

A single A$10,000 payment can generate rewards across multiple selected programmes, depending on the transaction pricing and plan chosen by the user.

The platform upgrade simplifies payment workflows and improves transaction visibility, according to the company.

“As RewardPay has grown, it became clear it was time to reimagine the customer experience and build a platform that raises the standard for business payments and rewards,” said Mark Dawes, CEO of RewardPay.

Alongside the portal, RewardPay introduced tiered subscription plans that allow businesses to choose transaction pricing and rewards earning structures based on their payment needs.

“Customers can now choose the transaction costs and rewards earning rate that suits them, while accelerating the value they get from every payment,” Dawes added.
